- Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Do Not Remove the Tags/Labels. Defective items are eligible for return. - Refunds:
If your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method in 10 days. - Exchanges:
We provide exchange/replacement within 7 days of the original purchase date. - Return Shipping:
We are responsible for return shipping costs and we will pick up the product from the same place it was delivered, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, if these conditions are not met then the product will not get picked up. - How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, you can start the return process from the My Orders section after the order is delivered or you can contact our customer service team at customersupport@alphawear.shop.
Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. - Non-Returnable Items:

If you made a purchase at one of our physical store locations, please return the item to the same location along with the original receipt. - Cancellations:
